How to take care of your aligners?
- Wear it for atleast 20-22 hrs a day for effective results
- Follow the schedule well
- Remove your aligners while brushing, flossing, eating. Do NOT consume anything hot whilst wearing them
- Keep your aligners clean by washing them well with tap water
- When not in mouth, keep them properly in the aligner box to prevent them from getting dirty or break
Post aligner treatment instructions
- Please wear your retainers as strictly as your aligners as advised by the Doctor to help maintain the desired aligned positions
- Continue with maintaining good oral hygiene
